Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Skymize Software Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Leyoo AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

• Device Identifier (Android ID): Your account is created and identified using your device's unique Android ID. We do not collect, store, or use your phone number for account creation, user identification, or event tracking. Neither we nor the underlying platform (Google) use your phone number for these purposes within this App. • Media Access: With your explicit permission, the App accesses photos and videos stored on your device solely to generate AI-powered creative templates you request. We do not upload, store, or share your personal media files on our servers beyond the scope of template generation. • Usage Data: We collect anonymised analytics on how features are used to improve the App. We do not collect: phone numbers, email addresses, names, or any other personally identifiable information beyond the Device ID described above.

Permissions We Request

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to select photos or videos for template generation. • INTERNET: Required to communicate with our servers for AI generation and payment processing. • BILLING: Required for in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. You may deny optional permissions; however, certain features may not function without them.

Payment Processing

We process payments through two platforms depending on your location: 1. Google Play Billing (outside India): Subscriptions are processed via the Google Play Billing Library. Google's Privacy Policy governs the handling of your payment data. We do not store credit card details. 2. PhonePe AutoPay (India): For users in India, recurring subscriptions are processed via PhonePe's UPI AutoPay mandate. PhonePe's Privacy Policy governs your payment information. We store only a mandate reference identifier to manage your subscription status. All payment transactions are secured using industry-standard encryption.

Subscription & Billing Compliance

Our in-app subscriptions comply with Google Play's Billing Policy, PhonePe Payment Gateway requirements, the UPI AutoPay guidelines of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) e-mandate framework, and applicable country-specific consumer protection laws. Subscription renewals occur automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings or your UPI app's PhonePe AutoPay / Mandates settings.

PhonePe UPI AutoPay (India)

For users in India, recurring billing is handled as a UPI AutoPay mandate via PhonePe, in line with NPCI and RBI guidelines: • You authorise a recurring UPI mandate (up to a maximum amount and a set frequency) once, using your UPI PIN. • As mandated by NPCI/RBI, a pre-debit notification is sent to you at least 24 hours before every scheduled auto-debit, stating the amount and date. • The debit and any retries are initiated by PhonePe. If a payment fails, PhonePe may automatically retry within the limits permitted by NPCI (one attempt plus up to three retries within a 48-hour window). • We store only a mandate reference identifier and subscription status to operate your plan. We do not store your UPI PIN, bank account number, or card details. • You can pause, modify, or revoke the mandate at any time from the AutoPay/Mandates section of your UPI app or via the NPCI portal; once revoked, no further debits can occur.

Subscription Credits & 30-Day Validity

Premium credits granted upon a subscription purchase or renewal are valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date they are granted (the renewal/grant date). You are responsible for using these credits within this 30-day period. Credits that remain unused 30 days after the renewal/grant date may expire and be removed from your account. We are responsible for making credits available following a successful payment, but we shall not be liable for credits that expire due to non-use within the 30-day validity period. Expired credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Single-Device Subscription

Subscriptions in Leyoo AI are tied exclusively to the Device ID of the device on which the purchase was made. This means: • A subscription purchased on one device cannot be accessed or used on a different device. • If you change your device, your subscription will not carry over to the new device. • We are unable to transfer subscriptions between devices or issue refunds due to a device change.

Refund Policy

We operate a strict no-refund policy. Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable. In particular, subscriptions are device-specific and cannot be transferred to a new device; we are unable to issue a refund for any remaining subscription period if you switch devices. For Google Play purchases, Google's standard refund policies may apply within the permitted window. PhonePe transactions are final once processed.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties except: • As required to provide the service (e.g., cloud AI processing). • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or valid legal processes. • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Skymize Software Private Limited, our users, or the public.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@leyoo.in. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
